TABLE OPTION: $475 - Includes reserved table for (10) with company name displayed.  Appetizers, dinner, dessert, open bar and gratuity with (5) chances to win $1,500 in cash.  Table is billed to one company and reps can collect from guests and submit to HBA in one envelope or pay online with CC.

2 PEOPLE/1 TICKET OPTION: $100 - Includes food, beverages and gratuity as listed above with 1 chance to win $1,500..  Seating is assigned.
