This summer, Ohio is introducing code changes. Ric Johnson, member of the RCAC, will be at the Builders Breakfast to discuss upcoming changes and the impacts they will have. 


Catch up with other builders and give your input and ideas for
2023 Fall Parade of Homes. 

This fall Graves Lumber will present a Multi-Site Parade on October 7 & 8 and October 14 & 15.  The parade will run the same weekends as Cleveland and Medina HBAs to provide consumers a premier northeast Ohio experience!

This interactive meeting is your chance to engage with the Parade Committee and other builders about what drives a successful Parade. Be prepared to share what your company needs from the Parade of Homes.
