Mortgage Finance 101
This 1 hour class participants will discuss the process of qualifying the buyer, and the importance of credit in the home buying process. This review will also include a detailed examination of the acceptable income documentation in adherence to the Dodd Frank Act (Ability to Repay). We will also look at Fannie Mae guidelines vs Lender parameters. The participants will gain a clearer understanding of the mortgage process. This class will serve as a guide that proves to be an invaluable resource in the home buying process.
