Everyone in construction gets on a ladder.  In businesses like HVAC, people get on ladders multiple times a day.  And for most days it is all routine, until there is a day like July 8, 2021.

Brian Cuthbert, President of Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning, will talk about a ladder accident that was not only a BWC claim but also an OSHA reportable incident.  A simple ladder fall resulted in a complicated story and unexpected costs to his business.  Come hear the ins and outs of what happened and how they handled it.  The good news ... the employee has recovered, Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning is still in business and an even better company because of the accident!
