Join the roundtable to discuss with other safety minded professionals ways to communicate the value and importance of safety to the workforce.  Share tips and tricks for some of the most common safety issues in construction. And learn from Deb Bailey, BWC Safety Consultant, tips and tricks to keep workers engaged and focused on multiple aspects of safety.     

Having safety as a key component of your work culture is one way to tackle the workforce development issue.
